Damages and Refunds; Upon receiving your order, if your product is damaged, take a picture/video and email it to us within 48 hours. We will replace it or refund your money back. After 48 hours, a replacement or refund shall not be permitted. We are not responsible for stolen packages that has been confirmed delivered via email confirmation. Immediately contact USPS with your tracking information.
