Shipping policy

We ship perishable products Monday through Wednesday via 2-Day Priority to ensure you receive your order fresh and in optimal condition.

All products are carefully frozen and packaged using insulated materials and dry ice to maintain freshness during transit.

Please note:

1. We are not responsible for postal delays that may result in product spoilage.

2. Once a package leaves our facility, shipping carriers are responsible for its timely delivery.

3. To minimize risk of spoilage due to delays, overnight shipping is available at checkout and highly recommended, especially in warmer climates or remote locations.
